What makes our dough safe to eat?
All of our delicious doughs use heat treated flour and pastuerized egg.
Do you have a store front?
We do! Our store front is located at 1220 Locust Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50309
Does your dough contain eggs?
Yes, it does. We use a pasteurized egg product. The heat process kills any potentially harmful bacteria. Yay! Grab that spoon and dig in!
How long does the cookie dough last?
Our cookie dough must be stored in the refrigerator or freezer because it contains perishable ingredients without any additives or preservatives.
Do your doughs contain nuts?
Some of our flavors do contain nuts. For those who have a severe allergy, be aware we manufacture in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.
Do you have gluten free options?
We do offer a gluten free Chocolate Chip Cookie dough. Be on the watch for limited edition flavors added!
Do you have vegan options?
Not at this time. Keep watching the website and our Facebook as we do plan to introduce some vegan options.

When will my order be ready?
How will I know when my order is ready?
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email and text. Please check your spam folder/unknown senders folders.
Where do I pick up my order?
You will pick up your order at 6216 Gordon Ave, Des Moines, Iowa 50312. There is a cooler that says Dough Crazy on it, your order will be inside the cooler.
How long will you hold my order?
We will hold orders only for 48 hours after the designated pickup day. Please contact us and we'll gladly work with you if you can't pickup within that timeframe.
Can your dough be baked?
If you have somehow managed to not eat the whole tub and want to bake your cookie dough, yes it can be baked! All of our doughs contain all the ingredients needed to bake.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! Our e-gift cards are perfect for any occasion. You can choose from any amount you want and simply email to your recipient! Funds never expire.
